Looking Glass under GPL, really?

I knew that Project Looking Glass was going to become open source software, but I was a little surprised to hear Scott McNealy mention, during his JavaOne keynote, that it would be released under GPL. Was that a slip up?

Not a mistake - there large-as-life on the Project Looking Glass page on java.net - quite a departure, I agree. With JDNC released as LGPL as well it could be the start of an interesting trend.
