Hi ya, Just wanted to tell you that when you saw all those people in Miltown Malbay its a pity you did not stop and explore . You happened to be there for the start of the "Willie Clancy Festival" of traditional Irish Music. It is considered by many to be the best festival of the summmer> All the bars are alive and hopping for 10 days and nights. Also as reguards to Halpins hotel you hit the nail on the head. Terrible spot.
