Shortly after I internationalized the Roller JSP pages, Jaap van der Molen sent me a complete Dutch translation and an offer to update it as needed. Thanks Jaap!

Does internationalization of JSP pages mean that depending on the users locale the messages and texts will appear in their native language? If so, I am interested in translating it to Tamil ( a language spoken by people in Southern India and parts of Srilanka). I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.
I am trying to start a new blog using the jblogger.com free account. I am facing trouble in displaying categories in my native language (Tamil). The details could be found at the comments section of http://raibledesigns.com/page/rd?anchor=a_day_with_roller.
To summarize, when I use category name in native language, the url parameter gets garbagged and hence the right category page is not displayed. So the only solution is to use English category names. Another solution would be to use the categoryId instead of the name. But I am not sure if that implementation is available in the current roller hosted at jroller. Lance pointed me to you as the Category guru. Do you have any work-arounds for this.
TIA
