Big Daddy

Something my grand-dad used to say was: 
   Once upon a time a goose drank wine and a 
   monkey chewed tobacco on the street car line.
Thanks to the net, I now know that it was a jump-rope rhyme from around 1900. Big Daddy was born in 1911.

This rhyme has been in my head for days, I forgot the last part of the rhyme and it was driving me crazy. I remember jumping rope to it (60 years ago) but we said, "they all went to heaven in a little row boat". That was really a fun time. Thanks for the last part of the rhyme.
