New theme.

I finally got around to uploading my new theme. It's called Bluebar.

Comments:

Blue is nice, but the links on the top bar are also blue, therefore hard to see. When they get purple (after visiting) they're slightly more visible, but still... ;)

Those links are all white on Mozilla, but I have not figured out how to make them white on IE. Any ideas?
