Runnin' time

It's Old Reliable Run time. I ran the course last week and I'm still alive. I'm hoping to repeat that result today, so wish me luck. Check out the route. It passes every important downtown Raleigh landmark including the capitol square, Krispy Kreme, the mold-infested governor's mansion, Sadlacks and the fabulous NCSU bell tower.

Update: Results are in. I did better than I'd expected.

Hi Dave, I am sure that it went well for you! Hope you enjoyed it and look forward to seeing your time;-) If I remember correctly from the early nineties, my personal best was inexcess of 50 minutes! So, i am sure you have no need to worry about sharing yours with us. Brian

Excellent! Well done Dave. If I keep up my training I sense a challenge in the making for next spring (which comes later up here in Toronto, so I want a handicap;-) ). Brian
