That's great Dave but...you wrote it so you didn't so much need a copy...so my question is...where the heck is my copy already!?? :) Seriously, I'm glad you finally got a hard copy to hold in your hands. I look forward to getting my hands on it someday (though if Amazon is to be believed, it won't be some day soon)

So, and keeping in mind I know you aren't manning customer service or anything, but do you know what is going on with the Amazon copies? I got an e-mail today asking to approve a new shipdate of mid September... Its no big deal, I was just curious if you knew anything

I'm not sure what's going on with distribution. The book has shipped from the printers but as far as I can tell Amazon has not shipped one yet. Manning assures me this is a normal delay. If you don't want to wait, order from Manning.com (and you get the e-book too).
