it seems like it won't work on 3.0M9 though (whereas VeloEdit does ) - this is because the plugin.xml file lists a dependency on the org.apache.xerces plugin, which is not shipped with M9. The plugin is only available via Eclipse's Software Update though, not via zip download, and the author hasn't responded to any of the reports in the SF bugtracker - so I'm not sure how active the VeloEclipse project is either. Shame as it looks good (it can edit HTML as well as Velocity files, which makes for handy syntax highlighting when editing Velocity-generated HTML files)
