How well do these meet ups go? I attempted to have one in my home town and we canceled due to lack of interest... but then again I live in a quiet town in Michigan.

We usually have between 3 and 6 people attend each meet-up and sometimes up to 10. The conversation varies from meeting to meeting because sometimes we just have a couple developer types who talk tech and sometimes we have journalists, teachers, music bloggers and political types. At one meeting earlier this year congressman Brad Miller showed up to learn more about blogging and online communities. So, I'd say the meet-ups go pretty well. - Dave
