New Roller colors, banner, and badge

Powered by Roller To set the Roller 1.0 release apart I created a new color scheme, new banner, and a new badge. You can see the new color scheme and banner on the main page of this site.

It sure would be nice to get a real web designer to help out with the Roller theme. I'm able to create designs that almost pass as professional, but are far from inspiring. And wouldn't it be nice to have a real logo like the beautiful one Matt scored for AppFuse?

I believe Rick Ross @ Javalobby already has created a logo for Roller. It can be found @ http://www.jroller.com/page/arjunram/themes; However you might wanna check with him if he created it for Jroller or roller.

I'm not sure if the copyright on that image allows me to include it in Roller.

Dave, I only took a quick look at your Main page: I don't care for the new colors. Just one man's opinion.

Lance, did you like the old colors? The new colors are rather conservative (i.e. boring), but I could not live with a theme that featured both UNC and Duke blue. <p /> In the future I'd like the Editor/Admin UI theme to be configurable perhaps with help from Tiles or Sitemesh.

I liked the old colors more (not that I was entirely in love with them). The new colors are "dull", too low in color saturation, for my taste. I fully agree on making the UI more "skinnable".
