Copy-and-paste with Ekit

Signing the Ekit applet might be the proper way to get copy-and-paste to work for most users, but the quick-and-dirty way is to drop the ekitapplet.jar into the trusted extensions directory of your JRE ( <jre>/lib/ext ).
